The selection process for CRP RRBs XV comprises the following stages, conducted by IBPS as per the tentative schedule:
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Preliminary Examination, followed by a Main Examination. There is no interview for this post.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Preliminary Examination, followed by a Main Examination and an Interview.
- Officer Scale-II & III (Manager/Senior Manager): A Single Examination (no separate preliminary stage), followed by an Interview.

IBPS RRB CRP-XV Recruitment 2026 applications are accepted only through the online mode on www.ibps.in. Candidates should follow the steps below:
- Visit www.ibps.in, click “CRP for RRBs,” then select the appropriate link for Officers (Scale I/II/III) or Office Assistants (Multipurpose).
- Click “New Registration” and enter basic details to generate a provisional registration number and password.
- Upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression, hand-written declaration, SSC/SSLC/10th Standard certificate, and other applicable certificates as per specifications in Annexure-III.
- Select the State/UT for provisional allotment (irrevocable once chosen, for Office Assistant/Officer Scale-I).
- Complete the online fee payment.
- Take a printout of the system-generated application form for personal record.
