Educational Qualification

Selection Process for HPCL Recruitment 2026?

The selection involves multiple stages designed to assess your aptitude, technical knowledge, and overall suitability.

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)

The CBT is tentatively scheduled for 3 May 2026. It has two parts — Part 1 covers General Aptitude (English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation) and Part 2 covers Technical / Professional Knowledge based on your qualifying degree. For Legal & HR Officer posts, the CBT may include subjective questions. Qualifying marks will be notified after the exam.

Stage 2: Group Task & Personal Interview
