NBCC Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- General Manager (Engineering) — Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 15 years of total experience in PMC/EPC/Real Estate/Infrastructure sector. Must be currently working in E-5 grade or equivalent for at least 2 years.
- Manager (Architecture & Planning) — Full-time B.Arch from a government-recognized university with 60% aggregate marks and 6 years of experience in planning, designing, and detailing of township/housing/commercial/institutional complexes. CoA registration and proficiency in AutoCAD/3D software preferred.
- Deputy Manager (Company Secretary) — Member of ICSI with 3 years of experience in a company listed on any stock exchange
- Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication) — Full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/Public Relations with 2 years of experience
- Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) — Master’s Degree in Hindi (with English at degree level) or Master’s in English (with Hindi at degree level), OR Diploma in Translation. Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Assistant Manager (HRM) — Full-time MBA/MSW/2-year PG Degree or PG Diploma with specialization in HRM/PM/IR as major subject, with 60% aggregate marks and 2 years of experience in HR/personnel management
- Sr. Project Executive (Civil) — Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% aggregate marks and 2 years of experience in civil construction projects including earthwork, piling, road works, RCC, underground piping, etc. 1 year relaxation in experience for M.Tech holders.
- Assistant Manager (PHE) — Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% marks AND Master’s Degree in Public Health Engineering / Environmental Engineering from a recognized university, with 2 years of relevant experience
- Graduate Assistant (IT/CS/Networking) — Full-time Degree in any discipline along with minimum 1-year certificate/diploma in hardware/networking/system administration/software development. Must have 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) — 3-Year Diploma in the respective engineering discipline from a state board of technical education
NBCC Recruitment 2026 Salary Details
NBCC follows the IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) pay scales as applicable to Central Public Sector Enterprises. The pay varies significantly by grade level.
- E-6 (General Manager): ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000 per month
- E-3 (Manager): ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month
- E-2 (Deputy Manager): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month
- E-1 (Asst. Manager / Sr. Project Executive): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month
- E-0 (Graduate Assistant): ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
- S-3 (Junior Engineer): ₹27,270 per month (Open Ended Scale)
