CCI Recruitment 2026: The Cotton Corporation of India Ltd. (CCI), a Government of India Undertaking under the Ministry of Textiles, has released Advertisement No. DR/CCI/2026 inviting online applications for recruitment to 148 vacancies across seven posts on a direct recruitment basis. CCI Recruitment 2026 Eligibility

Educational Qualification

• Assistant Manager (Official Language): Post-graduate degree in Hindi with a minimum of 50% marks, English as a subject up to graduation, and knowledge of Hindi translation and Government Hindi-language policy is preferred.
• Assistant Manager (Information Technology): BE (IT/CS), MCA, or MBA/PGDM with IT/Systems specialization, with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• Management Trainee (Marketing): MBA in Agri Business Management or an equivalent agriculture-related management degree.
• Management Trainee (Accounts): CA/CMA qualification.
• Junior Commercial Executive: B.Sc. Agriculture with 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
• Junior Assistant (Accounts): B.Com with 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
• Junior Assistant (General): Any graduate with 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

Relevant work experience is also required for the Assistant Manager and Management Trainee posts.

Age Limit and Relaxation

• Minimum age: 18 years as on the date of advertisement.
• Maximum age varies by post (30–32 years as detailed above).
• Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer), 10 years for PwBD candidates, and additional relaxation for Ex-Servicemen and J&K domiciled candidates (1980–1989), subject to a maximum age cap of 47 years after cumulative relaxation.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 120 objective-type MCQs to be completed in 120 minutes. Each correct answer carries 1 mark, with a 0.25 mark deduction for every wrong answer. The test typically covers:

1. General English
2. Reasoning
3. Quantitative Aptitude
4. General Knowledge
5. Computer Proficiency (for most posts)
6. Subject/Domain Knowledge (post-specific)

Minimum qualifying percentage:

• UR/EWS/OBC: 40%
• SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: 35%

Shortlisted candidates will subsequently be called for document verification.

Pay Scale

• Assistant Manager (Official Language / IT): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA)
• Management Trainee (Marketing / Accounts): ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (IDA)
• Junior Commercial Executive / Junior Assistant (Accounts/General): ₹22,000 – ₹90,000 (IDA)

Selected candidates will undergo a 12-month probation period and must execute a service bond to serve the Corporation for a minimum of 3 years.
