HPSC HCS Prelims Admit Card 2026 Download Link
As the admit card link is now activated, candidates must visit the Haryana Public Service Commission website to download their HCS hall ticket. Candidates must keep their Application Number/Roll Number and Date of Birth/Password ready. In case candidates have forgotten or misplaced their login credentials, they must retrieve them using the “Forgot Password” option on the admit card portal.

Candidates are advised to download their hall ticket much before the last date to avoid last-minute technical failure. To make the HPSC admit card download process easier for candidates, we have provided the steps below:
- Open the official website of HPSC: http://hpsc.gov.in.
- Look for the “Download Admit Card” section on the homepage or under the “Candidate Corner” tab.
- Find the link titled “Download Admit Card for HCS (Ex. Br.) & other Allied Services Preliminary Examination – 2025” and click on it.
- On the login portal, enter your Application Number / Roll Number, Password / Date of Birth, and the Captcha code as displayed, then click on “Login” or “Submit”.
- Your HPSC HCS Prelims Admit Card will appear on the screen as a PDF file.
- Download this file and take a clear printout on A4 size paper (as per commission instructions).
How to Fix Issues While Downloading HPSC HCS Prelims Admit Card 2026?
If candidates are facing issues while downloading the hall ticket, they must not panic and instead follow the steps given below:
- Candidates must check their login credentials and re-enter them carefully (e.g., check for uppercase/lowercase or typos).
- If needed, use the “Forgot Registration Number/Password” option to re-generate the credentials.
- Ensure a stable internet connection and try clearing the browser cache or using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
- If the admit card shows unclear photos or signatures, immediately contact the HPSC helpdesk.
- Keep a screenshot of the error message for reference while reporting the issue.
Documents to Carry with HPSC HCS Prelims Admit Card 2026
Candidates must carry certain documents for the HPSC HCS Preliminary exam. Failure to produce these documents will lead to disqualification from appearing in the exam. Candidates should carry both the original and a photocopy (where required) of the following:
- A printed copy of the HPSC HCS Prelims Admit Card 2026 (on A4 size paper, with clear photo and signature).
- A valid photo ID proof (original) such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport.
- Two recent colored passport-size photographs (same as uploaded on the application form).
- Original ID proof of the candidate (if requested by the centre invigilator).

HPSC HCS Prelims Exam Pattern 2026
The Commission conducts the HCS Preliminary exam in offline (OMR-based) mode. The exam consists of two papers. Please note that Paper-II (CSAT) is qualifying in nature with 33% qualifying marks, while final merit for Mains is based on Paper-I.
