The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has officially released the LIC AAO Cut Off Marks 2026 for the recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) under the 32nd Batch. Candidates who appeared for the Preliminary Examination (held on 03 & 07 October 2025) and the Main Examination (held on 08 November 2025) can now check the category-wise and post-wise cut-off marks for both the Generalist and Specialist streams.

The Preliminary Exam for Generalist AAO consisted of three sections: Reasoning Ability (T1), Quantitative Aptitude (T2), and English Language (T3 — qualifying only).

*English Language marks are only for qualifying purposes and are not counted in the total.

2. Prelims Cut Off — Total Marks (Out of 70)

3. Mains Cut Off — Sectional (Objective + Descriptive Test)

The Main Exam included Reasoning Ability (T1), General Knowledge (T2), Data Analysis (T3), Insurance & Financial Market Awareness (T4), and Descriptive Paper (T5 — qualifying only).

Important Note on Tie-Breaking Criteria

As per the official Notification dated 16.08.2025 for LIC AAO RECRUITMENT 2025, if two or more candidates secure equal marks, the merit order will be decided using the following tie-breaker sequence:

1. Aggregate marks in the Online Main Examination and Interview.
2. Higher post-graduation qualification — the candidate with a higher educational qualification will be ranked higher.
3. Age — if qualifications are also equal, the senior candidate (older in age) will be placed higher in the merit list.
