SBI SCO Law recruitment 2026 notification: Selection Process
The selection of candidates for Assistant Manager (Law) and Deputy Manager (Law) will be based on the following stages.
Stage 1: Online Written Test
The online written test will consist of an Objective Test (50 marks) and a Descriptive Test (50 marks), to be conducted tentatively in August 2026 across multiple centres in India.
Stage 2: Interview
Category-wise, an adequate number of candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on performance in the written test. The interview carries 100 marks.
Stage 3: Final Merit List
The final merit list will be prepared based on normalization of marks scored in the Online Written Test and Interview, with a weightage of 70:30 respectively.
Note: There is no negative marking for wrong answers in the Online Written Examination. A wait list will also be maintained post-wise and category-wise, valid for one year from the date of declaration of the final result.
